This is inseparable from the joint efforts of all employees.

Honor is the crystallization of sweat, and it is also the spiritual driving force for striving for progress.

The scorching sun on the Hainan site, employees participating in on-site briefings and docking often sweat and sweat. But no one complained about being tired, everyone devoted themselves to the work of their respective positions, for fear of missing every word the owner said and missing every safety hazard on the construction site. On-site, carrying the desire and dream of designers, also carries the sweat and dedication of designers. With their persistent pursuit and professionalism in design work, everyone has created extraordinary achievements in ordinary positions. Focusing on engineering design, carefully studying standards and specifications, and insisting on putting design quality first, "being able to endure hardships, love to study, and take the overall situation into consideration" is the working principle of on-site designers, and everyone interprets responsibility and responsibility with practical actions.

In the specific design process of the project, everyone carefully explained, assigned responsibilities to people, actively communicated, summarized and reflected on themselves, and tried their best to draw inferences from one example and be meticulous in any details of the design work. Empathy, seamless connection, and leaving no safety hazards blind spots are our winning magic weapon, and we strive to prevent all aspects of safety design work before they happen.

Learn and improve, think and practice. In addition to work, everyone always insists on learning as an important way to improve and improve themselves, using their spare time to "recharge and store energy", study hard, and constantly consolidate their theoretical level and improve their business capabilities. With an attitude of seeking knowledge, humbly ask leaders, owners, construction units and masters, and acquire knowledge through various channels to guide practice. New problems and new confusions encountered in daytime work will never be left until the next day. Everyone often uses the time after work to read the materials, check for omissions and make up for deficiencies in comparison with new standards and new processes to ensure that the work is foolproof.

There is a kind of persistence called perseverance, and there is a kind of dedication called fearlessness of difficulties. As an ordinary engineering designer, we have no heroic deeds that are spectacular and soul-stirring, but only silent perseverance, selfless dedication and ordinary efforts. Although we have achieved excellent results, we are not satisfied.
