To accelerate the upgrading and renovation of outdated facilities in the petrochemical and chemical industries, enhance the safety level, and promote the optimization and upgrading of the industry towards higher-end, intelligent, green, and integrated models, we have formulated the "Action Plan for Accelerating the Upgrading and Renovation of Outdated Facilities in the Petrochemical and Chemical Industries (2026-2029)". This plan has been issued to you. Please carry out the relevant work as required.
