On May 26th, the 2023 annual meeting of the Business Innovation and Institutional Reform Working Committee of the China Survey and Design Association was held in Lankao County, Henan Province. Wang Ziniu, Vice Chairman of the China Survey and Design Association, Yang Tianjiu, Vice Chairman of the China Survey and Design Association and Chairman of the Business Innovation and Institutional Reform Working Committee, Wang Zujin, Deputy Secretary General of the China Survey and Design Association, Li Shuaimin, Secretary General of the Henan Survey and Design Association, Zhong Yi, Chairman of the Guangxi Survey and Design Association and Vice Chairman of the Business Innovation and Institutional Reform Working Committee, Yuan Jiachi, Deputy Secretary General of the Hunan Survey and Design Association, and others attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Lei Chaobing, Secretary General of the Business Innovation and Institutional Reform Working Committee, and representatives from member units from all over the country participated in the meeting.
The meeting reviewed and approved the work report and 2023 work plan of the Business Innovation and Institutional Reform Working Committee, as well as the draft work plan for the fourth committee election. The evaluation index for innovative development of survey and design enterprises and the next work plan were also released.
Wang Zujin made a special speech, combined with the 2023 work points of the China Survey and Design Association, and put forward suggestions for the specific work of the committee, requiring the committee to actively undertake industry innovation research, mode and mechanism research, policy research feedback and other work, do a good job as a consultant for industry development, and create an innovative development think tank.
In his concluding speech, Wang Ziniu fully affirmed the work of the Committee for Business Innovation and Institutional Reform, and put forward specific suggestions for the committee's future work. He pointed out that since its establishment, the committee has focused on the central work of the association, served national strategies, paid attention to industry development trends, and conscientiously fulfilled its responsibilities of "serving members, serving the industry, and serving society". It has done a lot of effective work, especially in organizing industry innovation and development research reports. After comprehensively analyzing the current situation and tasks facing the development of the survey and design industry, specific paths and measures have been proposed for the innovative development of industry enterprises, providing good reference and inspiration for the development of various work in the next step. For how to do a good job in the work of the work committee, he proposed the "one two three" methodology, which has one goal: to achieve high-quality development; Two paths: green economy and digital economy; Three dimensions: reform and innovation of institutional mechanisms, innovation and development of business models, and promotion of technological progress. Regarding the work of the committee, he put forward two hopes. Firstly, to give full play to the role of think tanks, provide policy consulting services and industry innovation research, and provide consulting services and case exchanges for regulatory authorities, industry associations, enterprises, etc; The second is to play a pioneering role, summarize advanced experience, take the lead in experimentation, and achieve innovation leadership.
Representatives from various committee members and units attending the conference had sufficient exchanges and discussions on industry development trends, innovative experiences, digital transformation, and how to do a good job. They expressed their willingness to actively participate in various activities of the association and working committee, summarize innovative experiences, participate in industry exchanges, learn from each other, and make progress together.
