Cross-regional collaboration, gathering Ftunex force -- Project technical exchange of Hainan Guosheng Petroleum Co., Ltd.
Recently, the Hainan Branch of Hebei Huafeng Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafeng Engineering") was invited to participate in the technical exchange meeting of Hainan Guosheng Petroleum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guosheng Oil Depot"). The meeting aimed to discuss whether the detailed design of the "Comprehensive Upgrading and Transformation of the Fire Protection System of Hainan Guosheng Ma Village Oil Depot" project met the compliance requirements (laws and regulations), the owner's demands (upgrading requirements), and safety requirements (safety guarantees).

During the meeting, our company elaborated in detail on the design scope, design basis, and design principles of this project. We also focused on analyzing the technical and management risks that might be encountered during the expert review and subsequent construction phases, and proposed targeted countermeasures. After the construction unit carefully reviewed our detailed design documents, they exchanged opinions on the identified issues and conducted thorough discussions and evaluations.

With the sincere cooperation of Huafei Engineering's Shijiazhuang, Luoyang and Hainan, this project successfully completed the detailed design tasks for water supply and drainage, automation, structure, architecture, HVAC, electrical, telecommunications and budget estimation, covering 8 major specialties. Although the design team spanned three locations and covered eight specialties, and faced tight schedules and heavy tasks, the team members achieved "smooth transition", maintained a high level of professionalism and collaborative efficiency, and demonstrated our company's "Ftunex" strength in cross-regional and multi-specialty collaborative design to the construction unit!
