Our company Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafei Engineering") undertook the design of the automotive alcohol-based fuel project of Hainan Shihua New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hainan Shihua"). Since the project started, our company Huafei Engineering has adhered to the professional spirit, carefully laid out, strictly controlled, and efficiently completed the planning and design, safety facility design, construction drawing design and occupational health design of the project.

During the project construction process, Huafei Engineering actively cooperated with Hainan Shihua to carry out various declaration procedures and solved various problems in the on-site construction. In the end, the project passed the fire inspection and was successfully put into trial production, and has now achieved stable operation at full load.

The project is located 7.8 kilometers from the North Second Ring Road of Laocheng Economic Development Zone, Chengmai County, Hainan Province, covering an area of 21,836.87 m2 (about 32.755 acres), with a total tank capacity of 7,300 m³ for storage products. The main storage products are cyclohexane, methanol, 90% alcohol-based fuel, liquid ammonia, 20% ammonia water, etc. The storage tanks and supporting ammonia water configuration facilities of the project have been put into use and are operating well.

Among them, the ammonia water prepared by this project is mainly used as a local glue preservative. It is an important component of the glue preservation produced by the national strategic crop rubber in Hainan Province, providing a strong guarantee for local national strategic crops.

In the future, Huafei Engineering will also actively explore new application scenarios, expand the application potential of ammonia water in other fields, and contribute more to promoting local economic development and safeguarding national strategic resources.
