Jiaao Environmental Protection announced that its holding subsidiary, Lianyungang Jiaao New Energy Co., Ltd., has successfully put materials into the bio-jet fuel project in Lingang Industrial Zone, Guanyun County, Lianyungang City. The project has successfully produced qualified products that meet product standards. The core product of the Lianyungang Jiaao project is bio-jet fuel, and there is a huge market demand potential. The company will unswervingly lay out the "carbon neutrality" industry and continuously introduce more and better environmentally friendly and low-carbon products through scientific and technological innovation and research and development to enhance the company's core competitiveness and brand influence.
On August 22, 2024, Lianyungang Jiaao New Energy Co., Ltd. and British BP Global Investment Co., Ltd. held a project cooperation signing ceremony. Lianyungang Jiaao New Energy Co., Ltd. was established in September 2022 and is located in the Lingyun Industrial Zone of Lianyungang City. It adopts its independently developed pre-treatment technology for waste oils and the globally leading Honeywell UOP technology to produce products such as sustainable aviation fuel, which will effectively fill the gap of large-scale production of sustainable aviation fuel in China.
