Huafei Engineering successfully passed the safety facility design review for the Lihuaiyi 50,000-ton/year ethylene-vinyl acetate rubber project.
Recently, the safety facility design review meeting for the 50,000-ton/year ethylene propylene rubber project of Lihua Yi (Lijin) Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd. was successfully held. This review meeting was organized by Lihua Yi, and experts in the field of chemical safety were specially invited to form the project review team. The project construction unit, Lihua Yi (Lijin) Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd., as well as the design units, Hebei Huafeng Engineering Design Co., Ltd. and China Chengda Engineering Co., Ltd., all relevant responsible persons attended the meeting.
The construction content of this project includes the ethylene propylene rubber plant, the supporting liquid storage area, and the system supporting projects. The project was strictly compiled in accordance with the latest standard "Guidelines for the Compilation of Safety Facilities Design Special Chapters for Hazardous Chemical Projects" (AQ 3066-2025), and the safety facility design special chapter is divided into three volumes. Among them, Huafeng Engineering mainly responsible for the compilation of the first volume (General Description) and the third volume (System Supporting Projects).

During the meeting, the personnel responsible for compiling the special chapter on engineering safety facilities design of Huafei presented detailed reports on aspects such as the overall layout of the project and the design of safety facilities for the system. Relevant personnel from China Chengda Engineering Co., Ltd. provided detailed reports on the main unit of ethylene-propylene rubber. The experts listened carefully to the reports from all parties and, after in-depth discussion and strict review, unanimously agreed that the safety facility design plan for this project had passed the review.
Next, the construction unit and each design unit will complete the rectification in accordance with the opinions of the expert group and handle the filing procedures in accordance with the process.
