On October 20, 2023, relevant personnel of Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafei Engineering") were invited to attend the fire acceptance meeting of "Tangshan Haochangjie Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd. Waste Material Recycling Project (Phase II)" (hereinafter referred to as "Haochangjie Project") in the third-floor conference room of Tangshan Haochangjie Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd. The participating units included the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Leting County, Tangshan City, the expert group, the construction party, the design institute, the construction party, the supervision party and the third-party testing unit.

During the acceptance, Xue Run, Wang Wenyan and Cao Yutao, representatives of Huafei Engineering designers, combined with the on-site situation, answered in detail the relevant questions raised by the experts at the meeting about the design and conducted in-depth discussions. Participants from all parties conducted a comprehensive and detailed inspection of the fire protection facilities and equipment of the Haochangjie project to ensure that they were installed in place and could operate normally. On the premise of ensuring safety, we carried out strict quality control on the project to meet the design requirements and relevant specifications.

After the joint efforts of the participants, the fire acceptance meeting of the Haochangjie project was a complete success. During the acceptance process, all parties present gave high praise to the fire protection facilities and equipment of the project, believing that its design was reasonable, the equipment was qualified, and the performance was stable. At the same time, some valuable suggestions were also put forward, such as strengthening the maintenance of equipment and improving emergency plans, which provided more comprehensive protection for the fire safety of the project.

This acceptance meeting not only reviewed the fire protection facilities and equipment of the Haochangjie project, but also strengthened the communication and cooperation of all parties, providing safety guarantees for the smooth delivery and use of the project. The construction party stated that it would take the suggestions put forward by all parties seriously, further optimize and improve the project, and ensure that it meets the relevant national and local standards. At the same time, it is hoped that all parties will continue to maintain close contact in future cooperation and jointly escort the fire safety of the Haochangjie project.
