Ftunex Group was established in 2017, headquartered in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. Currently, it has over 200 employees. The group comprises several wholly-owned or majority-owned subsidiary companies, including Shandong Ftunex Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (a first-class design institute in the chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries), Shanghai Ftunex Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Ftunex Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Ftunex Trade Co., Ltd. These companies cover various sectors such as engineering design, engineering contracting, engineering consulting, production and sales, and international trade. The offices are located in major cities including Shanghai, Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Anhui, and Hainan.
