Pingmei Shenma Phase II 3750 Nm³/h High-Purity Hydrogen PSA Project Successfully Commissioned on First Start-Up
Recently, the Pingmei Shenma Group Phase II 3750 Nm³/h high-purity hydrogen PSA project, designed and supplied by Shandong Jinzhi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., successfully completed commissioning and achieved first-time start-up success.
During the critical commissioning stage, our technical team worked on-site with full commitment, closely collaborating with the owner unit to advance all commissioning tasks. The unit successfully produced qualified hydrogen, with product purity reaching the 99.999% high-purity hydrogen standard.

The project was signed and launched at the end of 2025. Relying on mature and advanced PSA purification technology, it combines economic efficiency, environmental friendliness, and stability, with core technical advantages including:
1. Compact design: Adopts a 9-tower rotary valve skid-mounted process, featuring a streamlined layout and small footprint, suitable for intensive plant construction needs.
2. Long-term stable operation: The unit is designed for an annual operating time of up to 8,000 hours, meeting the requirements of long-cycle, continuous production in industrial scenarios.
3. Green and low-carbon environmental protection: PSA tail gas can be fully recovered and utilized as fuel, with no waste gas emissions, effectively improving resource utilization and reducing energy consumption losses.
4. Efficient and convenient operation and maintenance: The entire process and supporting equipment are mature, reliable, and stable in operation, with low energy consumption and simple operating procedures, greatly reducing operation and maintenance costs.
5. Excellent product quality: Hydrogen purification performance is stable and outstanding, with product gas purity reaching the 99.999% high-purity hydrogen standard.
The project unit completed integration in April 2026 and on-site supply in July 2026. During this period, our technical team systematically cooperated with the owner unit in carrying out on-site installation, adsorbent loading, leak testing, electrical and instrumentation wiring, and single-unit commissioning, with all milestones advancing steadily. By the end of September, the unit was ready for trial operation.
This project is the second PSA project implemented through cooperation between Jinzhi Environmental Protection and Pingmei Shenma Group. The successful first-time start-up of this unit testifies to the continuously deepening strategic cooperation between the two parties and has accumulated valuable practical experience for the company in serving large energy enterprises. Looking ahead, Jinzhi Environmental Protection will continue to refine product quality and enhance professional technical service capabilities, providing reliable hydrogen separation solutions to create greater value for customers.
