The trial production of our Huafei Engineering's 40,000 Nm³/h air separation unit is running smoothly
The 40,000 Nm³/h Air Separation Unit (ASU) for Lihua Yi Weiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the "ASU"), designed by our Huafei Engineering, has recently achieved successful initial startup and commissioning through the joint efforts of all parties involved. The unit has reached full load operation and smoothly produced qualified products, marking the official commencement of its trial production phase.

Scientific planning and overcoming difficulties to ensure progress
As a flagship project of our company, the air separation unit has faced multiple challenges since its construction began, including limited site space, high technical barriers, and tight schedules. The design team prioritized "efficiency, quality, and progress," working in unison with a unified vision and concerted efforts. They scientifically formulated a project timeline while dynamically optimizing resource allocation, laying a solid foundation for the unit's successful commissioning and operation.
Strive for perfection, strict control of safety and quality
Prior to the pilot production phase, the company established a dedicated task force that rigorously implemented the "Three Inspections and Four Determinations" principle. This initiative involved coordinated inspections by multidisciplinary teams specializing in process engineering, pipeline systems, equipment maintenance, instrumentation, electrical systems, and safety protocols. During the DCS system commissioning of the air compressor, design engineers conducted on-site monitoring for multiple consecutive days, meticulously verifying interlock logic parameters to ensure the control system achieved "zero-error" operational readiness.
Looking ahead, we will embark on a new journey to improve quality and efficiency
The facility has now entered the trial production optimization phase. During this period, our project team will closely monitor the air separation unit's operational status to ensure all parameters remain stable and meet standards, while continuously refining the process flow to enhance energy efficiency. The successful commissioning of our designed air separation unit during trial production has delivered stable supplies of nitrogen gas, instrument air, liquid nitrogen, and other premium products to the entire plant, demonstrating our engineering capabilities in this field. We will continue to uphold a rigorous and pragmatic approach in our work, maintaining dedicated service support throughout the process.
