The four departments issued a document to promote the construction of a beautiful China.
Recently, the People's Bank of China, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the National Financial Supervisory Administration, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission jointly issued the "Opinions on Leveraging the Role of Green Finance to Serve the Construction of Beautiful China". The "Opinions" state that efforts should be made to increase support for clean energy, with particular emphasis on supporting winter clean heating in northern regions, long-distance heating demonstration projects, charging and swapping infrastructure construction, and the development of zero-emission freight fleets; supporting pilot projects for coordinated innovation in reducing pollution and carbon emissions in cities and industrial parks, implementing pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction renovations in key industries such as power, steel, non-ferrous metals, and building materials, updating environmental protection equipment, and optimizing process flows; supporting the comprehensive utilization of emerging solid waste (such as used batteries from new energy vehicles, retired and scrapped photovoltaic modules, wind turbine blades, etc.) and expanding market-oriented scenarios for secondary utilization, and supporting the construction of regional recycling and utilization bases.
