Good news! The 6500 Nm³/h NMMO pressure swing adsorption hydrogen extraction PSA unit of Anhui Haoyuan has successfully completed the performance acceptance test!
Recently, the PSA hydrogen purification system for the 6500 Nm³/h NMMO pressure swing adsorption project of Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd., designed and supplied by Shandong FTUNEX Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "FTUNEX Environmental Protection"), successfully passed the performance acceptance test and has officially met the operational requirements, achieving high-quality delivery.

The main equipment of the project has been fully installed and positioned. The entire process of commissioning, including the air tightness test, single machine debugging, nitrogen test run, material-carrying joint test run and formal operation, has been completed. The device operates stably and reliably. After testing, the purity of the hydrogen product reached 99.95%, and all technical indicators met the design requirements. This indicates that this efficient hydrogen extraction device has successfully entered industrial operation.
FTUNEX Environmental Protection designed this project to adopt a single set of "fast-cycle rPSA + rotary valve" advanced technology. The entire system was highly integrated into a 12m × 3.3m single-module unit. Compared with traditional PSA systems, it significantly reduced the floor space and the number of valves, achieving a breakthrough in integrated design with "small size but great power". Moreover, relying on the core components such as 9 adsorption towers, rotary valves, dust filters, and explosion-proof junction boxes included in the device, it demonstrated technical advantages of "low energy consumption and low maintenance", reducing operating costs from the source.
During the project implementation period, FTUNEX Environmental Protection quickly established an integrated project team consisting of "design, procurement, construction and commissioning", adhering to the construction goals of "safe delivery, zero accidents, zero defects, and zero rework", with efficient management and professional technology.
