Hainan Branch successfully passed the safety review of the new pipeline and cargo change project
On December 11, 2023, the Hainan branch of Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd.successfully completed the expert review of the "Hainan Shihua New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Shihua Company') New Pipeline and Cargo Change Project" safety facilities design. The review meeting was organized by Shihua Company in Haikou, with leaders from the Hainan Provincial Emergency Management Department, relevant experts from Hainan Province, and design units invited to attend.

During the meeting, our project leader Fu Yanqin elaborated on the following four aspects:
1. Project design basis
2. Overview of the construction project
3. Analysis of hazards and harmful factors in the construction project process
4. Safety facilities adopted in the design
Finally, Fu Yanqin presented the project's conclusions and recommendations. The attending experts and leaders carefully reviewed the project safety facilities design based on the actual situation on site, affirming our company's work in project safety design. They also provided suggestions and improvement opinions based on their own experiences, and ultimately formed the "New Pipeline and Cargo Change Project Safety Facilities Design Review Opinions," conditionally approving the design.

After the meeting, our company will further supplement and improve the design according to the experts' opinions, enhancing quality, ensuring that all designs meet standards and are practical. We will quickly finalize the formal materials and actively cooperate with the construction party to report to the Provincial Safety Supervision Bureau for record, ensuring the smooth progress of subsequent work.
