2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
 Dingzhou Rongding Water Environment Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. was established in August 2000. Its main business is the research and development, production and sales of brominated disinfectants, oxidant disinfectants and surfactants. The original factory site is located in Dingqu Road, Dingzhou City. In 2012, the company carried out the construction of a technical transformation and expansion project in Tanghe Park, Dingzhou City, that is, the construction of a technical transformation and expansion project with an annual output of 41,000 tons of disinfectants. The project is divided into three phases. The first phase of the project has been completed. The content of this evaluation report is the situation of the first phase of the project.
